The Machine Show 2017

The Machine Show will be an all motorcycles (older than 30 years) show to be held at The Braidwood Showgrounds on the Kings Highway in Braidwood NSW.

The dates for the first show will be March 31st to April 2nd 2017.

The concept of the show is to bring ALL lovers of motorcycles together over one weekend for a large scale event including , a show and shine, an informal swap meet, camping and associated events.

Gates will open Friday 12 noon and the camp ground will fill on a first come first served basis. Eligible display motorcycles will be allowed into the central arena from 7am Saturday morning until 8pm Saturday night.
Presentations and awards will be held at 4.00pm on Saturday. So this doesn’t mean you can’t attend the weekend if you ride a bike younger than 30 years old….just roll up, find a spot in the campgrounds and enjoy your weekend with a whole bunch of other guys and girls that love motorcycles as much as you do. The display arena will be for any bike older than 30 years, so get that old Norton or Honda Dirt bike or Indian hill climber out and bring it along to show everyone. Amazing things happen when you bring an old bike out of the shed, you can end up making friends for life with people you might never have met.

It is expected that attendees will start leaving the grounds from noon Sunday and gates will close at 5.00pm Sunday afternoon.

Entry will be $60 per adult (weekend camp pass) with a $20 surcharge per car to encourage more motorcycles to attend the event. Children under 12 can enter free. Teenagers under 18 will be $40 (weekend camp pass).

Day passes will be $20 (adults), $10 (teenagers under 18) and children under 12 free.

The event will be held in the Showgrounds of Braidwood that is used all year round for many events. The grounds are held by a bond deposit and must be handed back in perfect condition. To that end, the organizers ask that the attendees be very respectful of how they use the grounds and all associated buildings, and are considerate of the intent of the organizers to hold a yearly meet at this venue by not leaving rubbish or damaging property in any way.
